We always do our best to accommodate specific vendor requests on a first-paid, first-served basis.

For example, if you require a pitch next to a wall or access to electricity, the earlier we receive your booking, the better chance we have of fulfilling your request.

Overview

We’ve now successfully completed three incredible shows — Comicon 2024, Comicon 2025, and the Card Show 2025.

Looking ahead, we’re thrilled to announce that even bigger and better events are coming in May and August 2026!

Our goal is to make every event enjoyable and rewarding for everyone involved — that’s why table prices start from just £45.

We truly hope you enjoy trading with us, and we always welcome your feedback — both positive and constructive — to help us keep improving.

3000+ Attendees in 2025

We welcomed over 3,000 attendees over the weekend. The card show had just over 1,000 in the queue by show open, including a few who were there from 6.30am.

In 2026, we have a dedicated room for Wrestling.

We have just one room, The main hall for all our amazing vendors.  This room can occupy 54 vendors so spots are limited.

If you require a single and back table, you will be placed on the singles row in the main hall with the backing table.

Each card show day can accommodate up to 97 vendors using 200 tables. 

Our card show in October 2025 had 1,000 queuing at the door by opening times.

Our amazing traders can choose between up to 3 halls .  The Mega Suite, Zard Suite and the new Pika Suite.

Can I bring a helper

Yes, you may bring up to 4 people for your stall. If you need to bring more, please contact us as soon as possible to confirm approval.

Do you provide a free Wifi?

We provide free WiFi; however, streaming, watching, or downloading TV/films is not allowed. This ensures the connection remains reliable for everyone.
You’re welcome to use the WiFi for payment terminals (e.g., SumUp)

I’ve booked a stall but can no longer attend – am I eligible for a refund?

No – We operate a no-refund policy. All pitch sales are final.

Do you provide table cloths?

No – We don’t provide covers.
While not required, we strongly recommend that traders bring tablecloths for their stalls. Each table measures approximately 6ft in length and 2–2.5ft in width.

Can I bring my own tables?

NO ! – The event and its layout has been approved by the venue and is setup with health and safety at its core.  Movement of tables can cause narrowing of isles which is not only annoying for your customers but may impede exit during an emergency.

Can I bring my props?

You must obtain prior written permission from us.

Are shelves and backing boards allowed?

Yes, as long as they are safe, secure, within your pitch area, and not attached to the venue walls.

When can I setup and where do I park?

If you have a Saturday or weekend pitch..

- You can set up on the Friday between 1pm and 4pm and on Saturday from 6:45 am.

- You can leave your stall setup overnight, the venue will be locked and has CCTV however this is still at your own risk.

If you have just a Sunday pitch..

- You can set up on the day from 6:45 am.

Important Timings:

- Loading doors close at 9 am sharp, so all unloading must be completed by then.

- Patrons will be admitted from 9:30 am.

- Pack down begins at 4:30 pm.

Parking & Access:

- Free parking is available directly behind the Main Arena. DO NOT park in the customer parking

- A 6-metre-wide loading door is available for access.

Support:

- Marshalls will be on-site from 6:45 am to 6 pm to assist and direct you.
